Problems We Solve

What A Brittle Network Costs You

01

When The Internet Goes Down, So Does The Business

POS can't process cards. Phones stop ringing. Cameras stop recording. Staff stand around. Every minute of downtime is measurable revenue loss — and the outage is never at a convenient time. For restaurants, bars, schools, and multi-location businesses, even a short outage can stop payments, disrupt operations, and create customer-facing problems immediately.

Our Solution

Multi-circuit SD-WAN with automatic, sub-second failover. When the primary circuit drops, the backup takes over before the credit card terminal times out.

02

Voice And Video Calls Drop Mid-Meeting

Teams calls go choppy. Zoom drops the screen share. Customers hear cracking on the phone. Voice traffic is fighting for bandwidth with file uploads and streaming — and losing every time.

Our Solution

Per-application QoS that prioritizes voice and video traffic over everything else. Voice gets a guaranteed lane. File uploads wait their turn.

03

Multi-Site Operations Have No Coordination

Four locations, four different carriers, four different routers, four different problems. No way to push a configuration change everywhere at once. No visibility into which site is having issues.

Our Solution

Centralized SD-WAN management. Push a policy change to every site at once. See circuit health across the whole footprint in one dashboard.

04

Failover That Takes 30 Seconds Is Useless

A standard dual-WAN router fails over 'eventually' — long enough that calls drop, sessions die, and credit card transactions error out. By the time it switches, the damage is done.

Our Solution

SD-WAN failover is sub-second and session-aware. Active calls, video sessions, and database connections survive the cut intact.

05

No Way To Prove The Carrier Failed

You're sure the circuit was down — but the carrier says everything looked fine on their end. No data, no credit, no resolution.

Our Solution

Continuous per-circuit performance logging with timestamps, latency, jitter, and loss metrics. When you call for an SLA credit, you have the data to back it up.

We've Built This Before.

SD-WAN deployments across multi-location restaurants protecting POS uptime, corporate offices keeping Teams and Zoom rock-solid, schools maintaining testing infrastructure, and multi-tenant properties unifying connectivity across buildings.

How We Work

Networks That Don't Quit.

01

We Map Your Critical Traffic.

Before designing anything, we identify what absolutely cannot go down — POS, voice, video conferencing, cloud apps, cameras — and what can tolerate a degraded path. Priorities drive the policy.

02

We Design The Circuit Mix.

Primary and backup circuits sized for your real traffic, chosen for path diversity. Different carriers, different physical routes where possible — so a single fiber cut or carrier outage doesn't take both down.

03

We Deploy & Manage The Edge.

SD-WAN appliances configured for your application priorities, monitored 24/7, with proactive alerting on circuit degradation. You get one dashboard. We get the 3 a.m. alerts.

If the network drops, the business stops — SD-WAN keeps you online.

What We Deliver

What Managed SD-WAN Delivers

Automatic Multi-Circuit Failover

Automatic Multi-Circuit Failover

Primary plus backup circuits actively used in parallel. If one fails or degrades, sessions move to the healthy path in under a second — no dropped calls, no broken transactions.

Per-Application QoS & Steering

Per-Application QoS & Steering

Voice and video routed over the most reliable path. Backups and large file transfers steered to secondary links. Every application gets the lane it needs.

Real-Time Circuit Monitoring

Real-Time Circuit Monitoring

Continuous measurement of latency, jitter, packet loss, and bandwidth per circuit. Degradation triggers a re-route before users notice. SLA evidence built in.

Multi-Site Mesh & VPN

Multi-Site Mesh & VPN

SD-WAN understands the difference between a VoIP call, a POS transaction, a surveillance upload, a Teams meeting, and a file backup. Traffic gets routed based on operational priority — not treated as one undifferentiated stream of internet usage.

Cloud & SaaS Optimization

Cloud & SaaS Optimization

Direct, optimized paths to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, and other cloud services. No more routing your Teams traffic through a distant data center.

Centralized Dashboard

Centralized Dashboard

One pane of glass for every site, every circuit, every application. Real-time health, historical performance, and granular alerts pushed to email and SMS.

Multi-Location Policy Push

Multi-Location Policy Push

Change application priorities, security policy, or routing rules everywhere at once. New site joins the network with a configuration template — not a four-hour on-site visit.

Integrated Security

Integrated Security

Edge firewalling, application-aware filtering, and segmentation at every site. Guest traffic, POS, cameras, and corporate traffic on separate logical networks across the WAN.

Managed Service & 24/7 Alerting

Managed Service & 24/7 Alerting

We monitor the edges, hold the carrier accountable on SLA, and respond to alerts before your staff opens a ticket. Most issues are fixed before anyone notices.

If The Circuit Drops, The Business Doesn't.

FAQ

Common Questions

What is SD-WAN?+

Software-Defined Wide Area Network — an intelligent router that uses multiple internet connections at the same time, automatically routing each application over the best-performing link. If one circuit fails or degrades, traffic shifts to the others in under a second without dropping the call or transaction.

Do I need SD-WAN or just better internet?+

Sometimes the issue is bandwidth. Sometimes the issue is traffic management and failover. SD-WAN becomes valuable when your business depends on uptime, runs multiple critical systems simultaneously, or operates across multiple locations.

How is it different from a regular router?+

A regular router uses one circuit at a time and switches to backup only after the primary fails completely, with a noticeable outage. SD-WAN uses every circuit simultaneously, measures performance per application in real time, and shifts traffic instantly — often before users notice anything happened.

What happens if one connection fails?+

Traffic on the failed circuit moves to the remaining circuit in under a second. Calls in progress stay connected. POS transactions complete. Users typically don't notice. When the primary circuit comes back online, traffic shifts back automatically.

Can SD-WAN work with my existing internet providers?+

Usually, yes. SD-WAN is designed to work across different connection types and providers — including fiber, cable, and LTE backup circuits. Existing infrastructure can often be reused where appropriate.

Can I use any internet circuits with it?+

Yes. SD-WAN works with any combination of fiber, cable, fixed wireless, and LTE — even circuits from different carriers. Mixing carriers and circuit types is actually the right approach since it removes the single-carrier point of failure.

Do you manage it for us?+

Yes. We deploy the appliances, configure the policies, monitor circuit health, alert on degradation, and adjust application priorities as your operation changes. You see the dashboard. We handle the day-to-day.
