How does the process work? We've never done a real AV build before.+

It starts with a site assessment — we walk your space, understand how you operate, and design around that. You get a flat-rate quote before anything gets ordered. No surprises, no change orders for scope we should have caught.

We already have some equipment. Do you rip everything out?+

Not unless we need to. We assess what's there and tell you honestly what's working and what's holding you back. We integrate what's worth keeping.

How long does a full install take? We can't close for a week.+

Most hospitality installs run 2–4 days depending on scope. We schedule around your operation and can phase the work to minimize downtime.

What happens when something goes wrong on a Saturday night?+

You call us. We're local — not a national service center. We built it, we know it, and we respond.

Do we need to source equipment separately or does Grade A handle everything?+

We handle everything — design, equipment sourcing, installation, and programming. One vendor, one quote, one point of contact.

Can you handle our internet and TV service too?+

Yes. We're authorized resellers for Optimum, Verizon, and DirecTV. We can source the connection and install the infrastructure it runs on — same visit, same team.

Do you serve New Jersey and Long Island?+

Yes. We serve the full Greater NYC Metro area — the Bronx, Westchester, Northern New Jersey, Long Island, Rockland County, and surrounding areas.
